Please tell us a little about yourself:

I am primarily an online fitness coach and a self taught perfumer focused on making unique and artisanal perfumes. India, primarily being a chai (milk tea) drinking country, I have always enjoyed that as my morning beverage but back in 2019, I visited a cafe out of curiosity and the hospitality I got from that cafe made me visit the cafe again and eventually made me fall in love with coffee. I have been competing in coffee primarily in Aeropress Championships from 2021 and I am 3x regional aeropress champion. I am also the first ever Brewers Cup Champion from India to compete at the world stage. Primarily I am a home brewer but I love brewing in events for people and geeking out on how to be a better brewer. I realised I enjoy brewing coffee more for people rather than just drinking it.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

I love observing historical architecture, which I believe Brussels has a lot of offer. Also, I wish to meet all the people associated with coffee so that we can have fruitful and fun conversations.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Perfume making, Photography, Content Creation, Bowling, Exploring local cuisines and any physical activity which makes me stay fit.
